1. Purchasing Tickets

  • Tickets for each game are sold exclusively online.

  • Each ticket grants one player access to a single game.

  • Players may purchase multiple tickets for different games in advance.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Players can cancel their ticket up to 48 hours before the game starts for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the game starts are non-refundable.

  • To cancel a ticket, players must submit a cancellation request through the official website or customer support.

3. Game Access & Participation

  • A ticket provides access to the game and all necessary materials.

  • Players can play at their own pace but must solve the riddles before others to win the game’s prize.

  • Access to the digital book is granted only if the player successfully finds the CODE.

4. Fair Play & Conduct

  • Players must not share the CODE, solutions, or game materials with others.

  • Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized tools will result in immediate disqualification with no refund.

  • Players suspected of violating fair play rules may be banned from future games.

5. Technical Issues

  • Players are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to online resources.

  • No refunds will be given for technical issues on the player's end (e.g., lost internet connection).

  • If the game experiences technical failures or is canceled by the organizers, players will receive a full refund or credit for a future game.
