Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the game starts are non-refundable.

3. Game Access & Participation

A ticket provides access to the game and all necessary materials.

Players can play at their own pace but must solve the riddles before others to win the game’s prize.

Access to the digital book is granted only if the player successfully finds the CODE.
4. Fair Play & Conduct

Players must not share the CODE, solutions, or game materials with others.

Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized tools will result in immediate disqualification with no refund.

Players suspected of violating fair play rules may be banned from future games.
5. Technical Issues

Players are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to online resources.

No refunds will be given for technical issues on the player's end (e.g., lost internet connection).

If the game experiences technical failures or is canceled by the organizers, players will receive a full refund or credit for a future game.
